Dating back to the 18th century and originally designed under the guidance of the Italian naturalist Domenico Vandelli, this historic garden combines regal symmetry, exotic botanical collections and breathtaking views over the Tagus River.

Catering Service is included within a period of 7 hours (counting from beginning of cocktail till the end of the open bar). After that, a service charge per extra hour will be applied + food and beverages. 7h service starts counting at the beginning of the cocktail.

PLEASE NOTICE: Our standard approach is to provide one First course, one Second course, and one dessert for all guests, unless they have specific dietary restrictions such as being vegan/vegetarian, not consuming fish or meat, or having allergies or intolerances. We will accommodate those dietary restrictions and serve specific options. The service will operate smoothly, and all guests will be happy regardless of their dietary restrictions. Nevertheless, you may prefer to offer your guests an option, please find que fees below:
• If you would like to offer your guests, a choice between two main courses (for example fish or meat), a surcharge of 20€+vat per guest will apply. We will accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions and serve specific options as well.
• If you would like to offer your guests, a choice between two different starters and two main courses (for example fish or meat), a surcharge of 30€+vat per guest will apply. We will accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions and serve specific options as well.
• If you would like to offer your guests, a choice between two different starters, two main courses (for example fish or meat), and two desserts, a surcharge of 40€+vat per guest will apply. We will accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions and serve specific as well.

Customized MENU: You are able to customize your menu without surcharges by selecting your favorite First Course, Second Course and Dessert from Menu A. The wedding menu can be fully customized under request, extra charges may apply.
CEILING DECORATION EXCLUSIVITY
All ceiling décor, hanging installations, suspended floral structures, draping, chandeliers, and any items attached to or hung from the venue’s ceiling or architectural elements must be supplied, installed, and dismantled exclusively by Lisbon Wedding Planner or by a supplier approved in writing by Lisbon Wedding Planner.
This exclusivity is required because ceiling installations are heavy, technically complex, require precise structural calculations, professional rigging teams, and appropriate insurance coverage. For safety and compliance reasons, no external vendors may carry out ceiling décor without prior written consent.
All the ceiling decorations must be approved by the venue, and communicated up to 30 days before the event.
Lisbon Wedding Planner reserves the right to remove or refuse any unauthorized ceiling installation. Any damages, delays, or costs resulting from non-compliance shall be the responsibility of the Client.
