1. What is included in the Forte da Cruz wedding package for 2027/2028?
The Forte da Cruz wedding package includes venue rental, wedding planning consultation, on-the-day coordination, ceremony setup, catering, seasonal floral arrangements, table decoration, DJ services, sound equipment, and event staff. The package also includes a three-course dinner, six canapés, two signature cocktails, a three-tier wedding cake, and a two-hour open bar.
2. How much does a wedding at Forte da Cruz cost in 2027/2028?
The Forte da Cruz wedding package starts at €20,000 plus VAT for 50 guests on Tuesdays and Wednesdays during the high season, from May to September. Starting prices are €23,500 plus VAT on Sundays and Mondays, and €25,500 plus VAT from Thursday to Saturday. Additional guests cost €230 plus VAT per person. Seasonal discounts are available for selected dates outside the high season.
3. How many guests can Forte da Cruz accommodate?
Forte da Cruz can accommodate up to 200 wedding guests. The package offers different starting prices depending on the number of guests, the day of the week, and the wedding season. Contact Lisbon Wedding Planner to discuss your guest count and receive a personalized quotation.
4. Are there discounts for weddings outside the high season?
Yes. Weddings scheduled in April and October 2027 or 2028 benefit from a €2,000 reduction plus VAT. Weddings from November 2027 to March 2028, as well as November and December 2028, benefit from a €3,500 reduction plus VAT. These reductions are based on the package's listed pricing conditions.
5. Does the Forte da Cruz package include catering and an open bar?
Yes. The package includes six canapés, a three-course wedding menu, a selection of drinks during the cocktail reception, two signature cocktails, a three-tier wedding cake, Portuguese sparkling wine, and a two-hour open bar. The open bar includes a selection of wines, spirits, beer, soft drinks, juices, and water. Additional service hours can be requested at an extra cost.
6. Can we personalize the wedding decoration at Forte da Cruz?
Yes. The package includes seasonal flowers and greenery, a bridal bouquet, a buttonhole, floral centerpieces, candles, table settings, and white or beige tablecloths. The design can be tailored to your wedding style in collaboration with Lisbon Wedding Planner. Imported flowers and certain upgrades, including alternative tablecloth colours, may incur additional charges.
7. Is the wedding ceremony held at Forte da Cruz included in the package?
Yes. The package includes ceremony coordination, gold Chiavari chairs, two baskets of petals, microphones and speakers, recorded ceremony music, and a ceremony centerpiece. A carpet and canopy are not included and can be discussed separately if required.
8. How long does the wedding reception and music service last?
The package includes seven hours of catering service, starting at the beginning of the cocktail reception, and eight hours of music service, starting when the guests arrive. The music service includes background music, microphones and speakers for speeches, a DJ, a sound system, and LED disco lighting. Additional hours of catering, DJ service, and open bar can be arranged for an extra fee.
9. Does Lisbon Wedding Planner provide wedding planning and coordination?
Yes. Lisbon Wedding Planner provides wedding consultation, general planning support, supplier recommendations, floral and decoration coordination, and on-the-day coordination.
