What is included in the Forte da Cruz Wedding Package?
The package covers venue rental, on‑the‑day coordination, catering, ceremony setup, decoration, DJ services, and cleaning staff, ensuring a complete wedding experience.
How much does the package cost?
Prices start at €19,900 for up to 50 guests. Extra guests can be added at €210 per person in high season or €200 per person in low season.
What is the maximum guest capacity?
The venue can host between 220 and 240 seated guests.
Are there seasonal price differences?
Yes. High season (May to September) requires a minimum of 150 guests on Fridays and Saturdays, with packages starting at €36,900. Off‑season (January to March, November to December) packages start at €16,500 for 50 guests.
Is VAT included in the package price?
No. VAT is not included in the listed prices.
What catering services are provided?
The package includes cocktails, canapés, a full wedding menu, drinks, a three‑layer wedding cake, Portuguese sparkling wine, and two hours of open bar service.
Can the open bar be extended?
Yes. Extra hours or a premium bar can be requested for an additional fee.
What decoration is included?
Tables, chairs, linens, glassware, menus, table markers, and seasonal floral centerpieces are included. Imported flowers and special chair models can be rented with a surcharge.
Is music and entertainment provided?
Yes. Background music for the ceremony, cocktail, and dinner is included, along with DJ services, disco lighting, and sound equipment for speeches.
Does Lisbon Wedding Planner provide full event planning?
Yes. In addition to the package, Lisbon Wedding Planner offers complete event planning services, including design, logistics, supplier coordination, and personalized support.
What is the recommended schedule for the wedding day?
Typical timing includes guest arrival at 4:00–4:30 pm, ceremony at 5:00 pm, cocktail and photos until 7:00 pm, dinner until 10:00 pm, followed by cake, sparkling wine, dancing, and open bar until midnight.
Can I customize the package?
Yes. Couples can personalize decoration, music, and catering options, with additional services available upon request.
