25 - 49 people, guests pay for their own accommodation – Euro 5000* - 10000*
50 - 74 people, guests pay for their own accommodation – Euro 10000* - 15000*
75 - 100 people, guests paying their own accommodation – Euro 15000* - 20000*

Venue rental fee - the price of the venue really influences the average budget! Some venues charge a fixed fee, some charge a variable fee. A top venue like Pena Palace has a quotation of Euro 75 person always charging a minimum of 50 guests (venue fee only).
