The Quinta, is an exclusive large wedding and holiday villa in Portugal, with scheduled gardens and vast indoor areas, located in Sintra, just 30-40 minutes from Lisbon Airport
Offers accommodation up to 20 guests in 9 bedrooms with shared toilets, several rooms and two large ballrooms, daily use and catering kitchen, chapel and much more, in exclusive use.

WEDDING CATERING
Wedding cocktail: finger food and drinks* served for 1:30 to 2:00 hours
Wedding meal: includes 4 courses or a barbecue buffet meal, always with drinks *
Starter options (please select one):
- Creamy soup of your choice
- Puff pastry with goat cheese (hot), rucula and walnuts salad seasoned with home made vinagrete, steamed pear (Veggie)
- Seafood cold flan, green salad seasoned with home made vinagrete
- Vegan option under request
- Water and white wine (red wine, beer, soft drinks and juices are also available) will be served with no limitations
First course options (please select one):
- Hake with seafood sauce, two purees (carrot and plain) and steamed crunchy broccoli
- White fresh fish on a bed of vegetables with fresh clams and shrimps in a bed of vegetables, coriander sauce
- Grilled tofu on a bed of vegetables with fresh clams and shrimps in a bed of vegetables, coriander sauce (Veggie)
- Please notice: both options may be served with no seafood; vegan option under request
- Water and white wine (red wine, beer, soft drinks and juices are also available) will be served with no limitations
Second course options (please select one):
- Rump cooked at low temperature for approx. 24 hours, wild rice and vegetavles of the season
- Roasted lamb with delicious mint sauce, baked potatoes and vegetables of the season
- Spinach and mushroom homemade crepes with vegetables of the season (Veggie) ; vegan option under request
- Water and white wine (red wine, beer, soft drinks and juices are also available) will be served with no limitations
Dessert
- Portuguese egg pudding with pineapple carpaccio
- Soup of fresh berries with cream ice cream
- Emulsion of passion fruit cold mousse and hot dark chocolate
Coffee or tea with tasty and warm well known Pasteis de Nata (Custard Cakes)
4 hours of open bar* with liquors, vodka, gin, beer, wines, whisky, martini, port wine, baileys, brandy and soft drinks
